  Ideal Candidate:

  We are looking for teachers who are:
  ✔ Fluent in English (native-level proficiency) – this position is also open to Japanese English teaching professionals
  ✔ Conversational in Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher) – able to communicate with students and parents when needed
  ✔ Passionate about teaching and able to create engaging, interactive lessons
  ✔ Comfortable working with students of all ages (children, teens, and adults)
  ✔ Able to work independently while following our structured teaching framework
  ✔ Already residing in Japan or able to relocate soon
